We are hiring Telesales Executive in Sharjah, UAE with our client
12 months extendable contract, 6 days on 1 day off.
We are looking for speakers in Arabic or Hindi or Tagalog
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s queries; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure the product (as per the campaign) is clearly explained to the prospective customer by the agents.
- Retaining the customers who are calling for policy cancellation.
- Be fully aware of the product features and benefits.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Completing the service emails that are assigned within the TAT.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handling complaints received via phone, email, mail or social media, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions on excel files.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedural guidelines.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
- Good problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
- Adhere to working hours.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
