Function: Payroll
Job Summary:
Provide Payroll support to Middle East – HR Services Manager and other personnel in the Human Resources department.

Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.

Issuing paychecks and managing WPS / Direct deposits.

Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting timesheets and process Payments
-
Ensure monthly payment deadlines are followed without fail.

Preparing End of services document based on country Labor law as and when requested.

Providing information and answering HR/ employee questions about payroll related matters.
-
Provide Payroll data to Internal & External Audits.
-
Providing Payroll recharges data to various accounting department on a monthly Basis.

Perform other work-related task as required as assigned.

Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
-
3+ years of experience working in a payroll office.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.

Preferably with ADP & SAP processing Knowledge

Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Good time management and organizational skills.
-
Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations & Pensions.

Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
