ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To schedule appointments, meetings and conferences.
Handling and redirecting all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
To manage filing system and ensuring proper documentation.
Responsible for monitoring and managing office stationery items.
Helps to make research in various field and report findings.
To attend meetings, writing the meeting agenda and taking minutes.
Must be having minimum 2 years UAE experience as a Secretary.
Preferred female Filipino nationals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be having good and fast typing skills.
Salary 2501-3000 AED.
