Jacobs have partnered to form a joint venture that is leading all real estate and construction delivery related Programme management services for Expo 2020 Dubai development- the master district that will also host the Expo 2020 within a secure gated area when the six month event debuts in October 2020.
In its role as EX20’s real estate delivery partners on this project, Jacobs (“The PMC”) are providing full-service consultancy from Programme as well as cost and commercial management, to design, construction and operations management for the end-to-end development and delivery of the Expo 2020 Dubai site within it.
The team are now seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator to perform diverse and complex office activities to support the EXPO PMC team to include: –
  • Supporting project team members in handling calendars, coordinating project files, managing information flow, arranging travel schedules (including complex international travel) and meeting planning
  • Supporting the Executive Team and coordinating the preparation of Board materials
  • Responsibility for confidential information, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • Interfacing with staff at all levels, high-level clients, government officials, and dignitaries, requiring an extremely professional demeanour and customer service approach
As a suitable candidate you will be degree qualified with advanced administrative experience, supporting senior project management staff in demanding and project office environment. You will be coming with a proactive approach to organizing project staff and activities to ensure tight delivery deadlines can be met.
