Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Make sure the office is tidy at all times
Assist in photocopying, scanning and organizing appropriate documents
Screen and distribute incoming mail
Assist in typing correspondence, meeting notes as well as forms among other documents as may be required
Preserve accurate records and enter data as required
Confirm the delivery of packages and distribute them accordingly
Carry out any other assigned tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a relevant Diploma
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field required
Must be familiar with office procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and get things done on time
Male or female Indian candidates are required to apply
Ability to effectively use the computer
