Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Process orders, quotation, delivery orders and generate sales documents
Ensure customer’s order/ requirements and processed efficiently and follow-up on all sales administration duties.
Coordinate and work with other internal departments on matter pertaining to sales.
Responsible in handling customer’s inquiries, including general calls, faxes, emails and correspondence.
Provide any other administrative support and duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
