Document Controller -Al Tayer Group
Job Purpose

To provide all the necessary document / data maintenance support to the Projects team and manage all the administrative responsibilities on site as required

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval
2. Ensure that all material requisitions are initiated, approved and distributed within the defined parameters and follow through on the issuance and distribution of LPOs ensuring no delays through this
3. Ensure timely and accurate logging, tracking and distribution of all invoices as per the QS provided checklist
4. Receive documents and drawings, arrange necessary copies and distribute to different divisions as per site requirement
5. Assist project in charge on all project related correspondence and maintain records for future reference
6. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database to comply with the Company regulations
7. Track and update the movement and status of document flow within the Company, notifying and escalating as and when required

Job Skills

1. Graduate in any discipline
2. 1 – 2 years related experience from a similar industry
3. PC literate
4. Attention to detail
