To develop, organize, and implement effective sales plans various brands to institutional customers, printing of customer logos, delivery of goods to customers sites, collect payment for the same, organize special sales events at corporate client’s premises in order to achieve or exceed budgeted sales targets.

Corporate / Institutional Sales & Marketing
Develop, organize and implement an effective Sales Plan of various brands available within the company in order to achieve or exceed budgeted sales targets.
Customization of Products
Organize and ensure that logo printing is done exactly as per details agreed with the customer and in doing so, handle the product with absolute care and attention to avoid any damage to products in order to satisfy customer requirements satisfactorily.
Delivery of Products
Organize and ensure that products sold to customers are delivered at their designated sites and ensure proper acknowledgement is obtained from customer for goods received in order to ensure that goods are delivered to the right person in sound condition and at the correct site as agreed with the customer
After Sales Service
Ensure that efficient after- sales service is provided to customers to fulfill the back- up service support assured to customers during its guarantee period.
Collection of Receivables
Ensure that all sales and outstanding amounts are collected and deposited with the Finance Department for all Cash and Credit customers in order to maintain control over receivable and minimize bad debts.
Monitor and control sample kits and stocks of customers which are in transit in order to comply with inventory policies of company.
JOB CONTEXT: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job
Prepare list of potential customers. Visit potential, existing & new customers in industrial zones, schools, banks, government offices, contractors, multi- national companies, etc. Inform existing and new customers by telephone or personal visit activity of business, services, product range, samples of selected brands, prices, etc. Explore customer requirements by asking relevant questions, collect samples from customers if the same product is required by the customer. Follow- up on sales to existing customers from time to time especially during the season when most companies place their order for gift and free give- aways.
Collaborate and liaise with big multi- national companies, government offices, industrial zones, etc, to conduct special sales events for their employees in their premises.
Arrange stocks to be transferred to location. Organize opening of dials, case backs, boxes, etc., printing and assembling of watches and packing in boxes and obtain approval from customer for samples prepared. Incorporate any changes required or else complete total quantity ordered by the customer.
Organize delivery of products through company facilities to customer locations. Visit customer at time of delivery of goods. Ensure that the customer has checked the goods delivered to them and proper acknowledgement is obtained from the authorized recipient.
Organize & provide after- sales service to customers for products under the guarantee period or else on chargeable basis. Attend to complaints from customers. Visit customers to pick- up faulty products, arrange repair through our service centres and deliver the same at customer sites.
Collect cash or check from customers against sales of products and after sales service (wherever applicable) and deposit the same with the Finance dept. Monitor receivable statements and follow on credit customers for post dated checks.
Maintain stocks in safe custody and update kit stocks on a regular basis. Return samples to respective locations for which the stocks are not available. Reconcile inventory records with physical samples on a monthly basis. Obtain appropriate acknowledgement from customers retaining samples for discussion.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
University or High School Graduate specializing in Sales & Marketing or any related field.
Computer Knowledge (MS Office applications)
Minimum Experience: 5 Years in Sales & Marketing field
Job- Specific Skills: Salesmanship, Knowledge of watches (not mandatory) / luxury products, strong communication skills, strong negotiation skills
