Where Do You Fit In?

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Senior Business Consultant to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales in assigned accounts through end-user demand generation in the Dubai market whilst supporting the Abu Dhabi market in parallel for Honeywell Building Solutions. You will develop and enable long-term account plans that highlight strategies to grow existing accounts. You will identify and convert new customers within and outside of the currently served markets. You will influence business leaders, channel representatives, project and program managers to drive operational and financial efficiencies. You will coordinate the interaction between key customers and other Honeywell resources as needed. You will analyze market demand to identify growth opportunities and forecast future sales targets. You will act as mentor and trainer to develop other members of the sales team.

  • Drive business growth by influencing end-user groups to drive up demand.
  • Add value by uncovering the growth potential of the existing accounts
  • Share your knowledge of Honeywell products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Implement ideas to new products, principles, theories and concepts
  • Help Honeywell be the customer’s top choice by driving continuous improvement within Solution Sales

What Skills and Experience Will You Have?

  • BSC Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical
  • Security and Building Management Systems experience with significant experience within a sales capacity
  • Proven track record in selling turnkey solutions
  • Experience in working with large/ mega projects
  • Working knowledge of the UAE market within this industry with an established network of clients
  • Experience with Honeywell products would be preferable
  • Strong communication, strategic and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • Ability to influence across a broader organization
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferable)
