At this level, our Representatives coordinate multiple activities with Benefits, Payroll, Finance and Labor Processing. In this role, under direct supervision, you will complete a variety of transactional and/or special assignments at the paraprofessional level for the Records Service Center including maintenance of Global TM records, compliance, filing and system processes. You will be responsible for accuracy and completion in processing transactional items and coordination of various employee records informat ion and payroll related issues. Assists in a variety of project related activities and compliance related activities through active participation. Supports the internal and external employment investigations and auditing of employee records and other requests for record production. Applies fundamental knowledge of TM principles, company policies, and practices as directed. This is the entry level position for a TM Representative who has minimal experience.
TM System Data Support and Management: Responsible for accurately maintaining all TM data entry including TM personnel changes, forms tracking and reports generation.
Supports document management system, filing and review processes (including audit assistance).
Coordinates multiple activities with Benefits, Payroll, Finance and Labor Processing.
Supports TM with data inquiries and requests.
Answers Records Service Center general phone line and responds to inquiries and direct ca lls to appropriate individuals.
Works with employees to understand and utilize TM self service tools as appropriate.
Troubleshoots and analyzes data issues.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Associate’s degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) and some related work experience, or High School diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Ability to apply fundamental Talent Management/Records Service Center principles, company policies, and practices to assigned tasks as directed.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate.
Ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) on TM issues pertaining to assigned tasks.
Ability to handle confidential assignments and work in a fastpaced, highlyvisible environment.
Familiarity with utilizing software (both standard programs and those specially designed for the HR field) for completing related work assignments.
