Client Solutions Team Director / Leader
– Lead the Regional Account management (Key Accounts and Mid- Market) and Ad operations teams by linking the needs of our clients with the expertise and assets of our company in a profitable, business- building manner
– Partner with Regional Head, Revenue to proactively establish and manage a thoughtful and effective client strategy that maximizes revenue, and delivers the right solution for client needs and scope
– Direct day to day account management and ad operations activities in conjunction with the overall monetization strategy
– Design and implement account management principles and best practices across the team that lead to high levels of overall client satisfaction, loyalty, and increased client renewals
– Create and lead high performing teams that are engaged, motivated, and skilled in providing insightful and effective solutions to clients
– 15+ years of experience in client servicing, digital advertising ecosystem, with at least 8 years demonstrated experience of managing large teams over 50 people
– People management experience
– Experience in managing a broad portfolio of large accounts with multi- million dollar quarterly spends
– Must have the ability to multi- task, prioritize and manage projects simultaneously.
– Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and delivering on complex cross- functional projects from conceptualization to launch
– Oversee effective campaign delivery, reporting, and skilled end- to- end execution
– Keep abreast of news on top clients and popular categories to help inform sales strategy
– Effective communication skills, Highly organized and detail- oriented
