Hiring a Customer service executive for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and provide information about company product and services.
Manage all enquires, provide timely response and follow-ups.
Provide accurate and valid information to customers.
Assist the sales department in processing customer enquiries and meeting their needs.

Build sustainable and lasting relationships with customers through telecommunications, social media or web-based platform.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey at the given timeline, keep records of customer interactions.
Create and update customer purchasing patterns.
Process and coordinate customer orders fulfillment.
Generate customer order related documents.

Key Requirements:
Degree holder.
Candidate with previous experience in the similar role.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt/respond to a different type of characters.
