Service Marketing Executive (Volvo Truck Aftersales Division) – Al Futtaim
Job holder will attend customer needs with highest levels of product support and customer satisfaction, whilst maximising departmental sales and profitability. This position is an ambassador of the company to the customers on the field and should have the ability to recognize requirements and sales potential for service marketing activities.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
University Graduate/ Diploma or suitable experience ideally in the automotive/ commercial vehicles’ sector.
3 – 5 years in a similar role in service and/or parts sector of the automotive industry.
Job- Specific Skills:
• Basic commercial vehicle knowledge or technical knowledge with main focus on service.
• Experience in sales and marketing (preferably in field service).
• Product, brand and company knowledge.
• Business knowledge, legal knowledge and basic knowledge of marketing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to establish long- term customer relationships and in- house networks.
• Ability to recognize requirements and sales potential for genuine parts and services.
• Extensive knowledge of Office applications (especially Excel)
