– Planning Sales promotional activities for awareness, faster off-takes for building brand image vis-Ã -vis new and existing products. Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities planned.
– Initiate new processes to improve Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction at Store Level
– Setting up new systems for Inventory Planning and Store Promotion Activities
– Identify new revenue stream and optimize layout/space utilization – Liasioning with other functional teams to improve market share.
– Increase in ABV, Frequency and Basket penetration across all customer target groups.
– Ensure that all Operations SOP’s and compliance are adhered to by the team
