Admin Project Coordinator Wanted

The Admin Project coordinator is responsible for the coordination of a project, in addition to precise reporting of the project progress vs the target handover, and the quality of the execution.
What you will be doing :-
Ensure all constraints imposed by law or by authorities in charge have been listed and attended to in the sequence required
Ensure all legal authorizations and permits are obtained in a timely manner
Liaise with clients and clients business partners with regard to the project
Liaise with project team members and with other divisions whenever required.
Provide systematically full reports, as to progress in general, to supervisors
Provide list of would- be problems and solutions for approval
Project follow- up
Produce status summaries of verified project as per a specific calendar
Follow up approval and payments cycles, and report delays
Follow up material deliveries
Gather information for project cost estimation
Prepare quotations per project.
What you will need to succeed in this role :-
4+ years of relevant experience supporting C- Level Executives
Prefect communication in English written and spoken is a must!
You will have the ambition to meet and exceed goals and standards of excellence in spite of obstacles, lack of support, opposition or discouragement; the ability to take prompt actions to achieve goals beyond requirements, to seek out new responsibilities and acts on opportunities
You will have the aptitude to approach data and situations logically, to break down problems into their component parts and look for underlying causes or thinking through the consequences of different courses of action
Enjoy building and maintaining positive and effective relationships as well as to value the opinion of others
The ability to plan and prioritize work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned task
You must be tech savvy and comfortable with all MS Office applications
