Job Summary

Required Skills

Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision making abilities. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Requires a strong external and internal client-focus; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; experience creating and managing highly organized systems for a marketing department. Ability to have foresight to delegate specific tasks and projects to appropriate team members. Must have a technical understanding of proposal production process in a service environment.

Possesses excellent prioritization and time management skills; the ability to follow through on assigned tasks with limited supervision; a strong spirit of teamwork and outstanding collaborative interpersonal skills; and strong written and oral communication and problem solving skills. Must be highly motivated, organized, decisive, self-directed, and have strong attention to detail. Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. Requires high-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. To be successful in this role, you must be commercially aware and have knowledge and understanding of industry trends and technical innovations and their impact on managing customer business requirements. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology. Ambitious & goal orientated. Adaptable and innovative thinker, works well under pressure. At home with the media.

You should have minimum 8+ years of related experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Engineering, Architectural, Technology System Integrator or Construction sector. Ideally have knowledge/experience about middle east market environment. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.
