TikTok is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive TikTok’s Self Serve / SMB go to market strategy in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. This position requires defining and leading cross-functional projects and programs across several groups including Marketing, Customer Solution teams, Product, Headquarter Business operation, data analytics to grow our selfserve business quickly. Responsibilities: 1. Define, create and execute TikTok self serve ads platform’s go to market strategy 2. Prepare all relevant go to market materials and work cross functionally to deliver them 3. Define MENAT’s product needs, identify product gaps and work with the product team on implementing them 4. Drive revenue and platform growth using a) business insights and analysis b) building and distributing best practices and case studies 5. Run cross functional projects and programs to drive the adoption of the platform at scale
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. MBA prefered 2. 10+ years of experience in business strategy, product management and/or online advertising 3. Fluency in English is a must; Arabic & Turkish a plus 4. Experience in the SMB space a plus 5. Experience putting together B2B communications that bring TikTok advertising products to life
