Hiring a Team Assistant for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
To provide administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director including business and personal matters.
Arrange and co-ordinate meeting conference, activities and events.
To proactively manage and ensure Managing Director calendars are up to date and coordinate scheduling meetings and appointments.
Support in planning and follow up meeting agendas with all departments manager.
To prepare monthly report, minutes, presentations and preparation of meetings and conference calls.
Handle all business travel arrangements including booking of flight, hotels, land transport, visa applications, itineraries and agenda.

Key Requirements:
Degree holder.
Previous experience in the similar position.
Pro-active and solution-oriented behavior.
Good communication skills.
Customer and service oriented demeanor.
