Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide sales and administrative support to the Sales and Technical Support Team.
End to End supply management, order processing, management of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, monitoring & liaising with 3rd party contractor for delivery arrangement.
Attend to sales enquiries and generate official quotation.
Forge excellent customer relationship with existing and new customers.
Management and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management system.
Sales order processing in the data system.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree.
Two to four years experience as a Sales Coordinator.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in CRM tool.
