UAE National_Technical Support Engineer
Place: Dubai
This role is mission critical in achievement and execution Parts and Service
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB- Focus on outcomes not tasks
1.Technical Support to Procurement Team
Provide prompt Technical support for the procurement function.
Conduct and conclude productive and effective Early Detection Early Resolution activities.
2.Support to Management
Conduct and complete implementation of new projects, product evaluation, special campaigns.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Procurement especially for RTA bus contracts related projects.
3.Support to Service Team for parts
Inputs collection for initial stocking orders of parts, analysis of parts availability
5. JOB CONTEXT: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job
Robust and thorough understanding and execution of data analysis principles, methods and procedures.
Ability to effectively use electronic parts catalogues, technical literature
Support Customer Relations Dept., Sales & Marketing, Fleet and Parts.
Support External and Internal Customers with continuous improvement mind set in achieving Customer Satisfaction and product improvement goals.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Experience: 2 years working experience.
