Job Purpose:

To contribute to the business\’ success by generating sales leads, service appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction level for sales and after-sales by conducting general customer service and surveys.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Supports and provides service via toll free, e-mails, and live chats to manage the business\’ relationship with customers.
2. Performs outbound surveys to ensure customer satisfaction for Sales and After Sales Services.
3. Generates and tracks Sales Leads to achieve “Close” Target.
4. Registers customer details and complaints for sales and service in order to guarantee resolution for customer satisfaction.

5. Captures customer information, schedules appointments and forward those to the Service Department to assure requested appointments are met.

6. Utilizes all product, operational and CRM trainings provided to identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.

7. Receives Inbound Calls, Emails, and Live Chats through Vocalcom Agent Application.
8. Receives Outbound Calls for different campaigns through Vocalcom Agent Application.
9. Saves customer profile in the dynamic frame through Vocalcom Agent Application.
10. Qualifies the call through Vocalcom Agent Application.
11. Obtains the status of service requests and service history through Oracle Application and informs the customers.

12. Gathers customer information regarding service history through Oracle Application.

Minimum Requirement:

We are seeking fluent Arabic and English speakers with good clear accent in both languages, outgoing pleasant personalities, clear voice (not low and timid), intelligent, preferably males (to be able to cover night shifts)

Relevant experience is preferable but freshers can also apply.
