JOB SUMMARY
Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including necessary items delivery and following up to ensure satisfaction with result.
Ensure handling of all guests’ requests within standard priority time.
Prepare pantries and all necessary amenities, linen, towels and other items according to operation requirements.
Assist Housekeeping Coordinator with stores organization as well as uniform room.
Deliver and collect all laundry orders according to guest requests.
Candidate Profile
The experience, skills and knowledge and education/certification components of the Candidate Profile should be presented as preferences rather than requirements unless an individual would not be hired for the position without these. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for years of experience.
Experience
  • Having an experience in similar position for at least 12 months with a great deal interpersonal skills and good level in of physical fitness.

  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

  • Pro-active and reliable
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Flexible and ability to work around the clock
  • Ability to stand and walk for long hours
  • Organized
  • Having basic knowledge for electrical equipment
  • Be fluent user of mobile device
    Education or Certification
  • No high school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
  • Good level of English essential

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
