Industry: Technical Services
- Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mails.
- Diary management – Full control and maintenance of diaries, making appointments and arrangements for all meetings with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure that the office is organised (filing/stationery and supplies, etc).
- Typing of all correspondence: emails, reports, letters, minutes, schedules, forms, tender documents etc.
- Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
- Prepare reports, agendas and papers for meetings.
- Ensuring all paper and electronic filing is carried out on a regular basis to maintain an up to date filing system.
- Office meetings – weekly & monthly agendas.
- Ensure all documents have a file path for reference.
- Corporate travel arrangements & booking, including corresponding Visas.
- Deal with clients visiting the office in a polite, helpful and confident manner.
- Bachelors degree with three experience in a similar secretarial role.
- Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner both face to face and on the telephone.
- Proficient in MS Word (Advanced), mail merge, excel, power point and outlook
- Able to muti-task and prioritise workload.
- Flexibility, adaptability and co-operative attitude.
- Able to take initiative and be pro-active.
