Job Duties :
Present clients with the most detailed product information they can, to ensure customers are satisfied with their items.
Process client financial adjustments as necessary.
Help client correspondence and scheduling appointment.
Ensure to follow through on client commitments on time.
Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to assure repeat business.
Meeting individual and team sales targets
Work one on one with clients
When involved in a difficult situation with a client, seek support from the management team
Deliver the personal shopping vision in order to drive the business forward
Keep up to date with what’s happening in the Brand and the latest trends and product
Support clients with exchanges and replacements
Ensure to track client packages..
Qualifications and requirements :
At least 4-5+ years of experience in the industry fashion/apparel industry
Retail/wholesale background in fashion and/or consumer goods
Bilingual English & Arabic is a plus
Must have strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of style.
Imagination and creativity for styling
The ability to make decisions under pressure
Numerate with strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
