We are looking for an Accountant Assistant to fill the position in Dubai. Interested candidates can forward resume.
- Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget.
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Completing bank reconciliations, Intercompany reconciliations & postings.
- Completing purchase orders, sales quotes, work completion certificates…etc.
- Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies.
- Assisting external audits.
- Updating backlog entries in the system, assisting the finance department in accounting records and statements.
- Verifying bank deposits & Managing day-to-day transactions.
- Reporting on debtors and creditors.
- Posting daily receipts and payment vouchers.
- Encoding accounting entries for data processing.
- Handling accruals and prepayments.
- Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source.
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
- Degree in Accounts or B. Com.
- Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office.
- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills.
- Experience in Strong Bookkeeping Skills.
