My client is an Oil & Gas company, based in Dubai. They are looking to hire an experienced, reliable and personable Receptionist to work on reception and assist with the office administration tasks.
Main duties & responsibilities
- To operate a switchboard, transferring calls to the appropriate person
- To meet and greet visitors on arrival in a friendly and professional manner
- To ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- To deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
- To assist with the office secretarial tasks
- Correspondence, in both Arabic and English
- Updating documentation & data basis
Key skills & experience
- Previous Receptionist experience
- Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and in person
- Reliable and confident in building relationships with people at all levels of seniority
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
