Order and distribute stationary, letter heads and business cards as per requirement
Serve beverages (tea / coffee) to the HODs as well as to the visitors
Serve refreshments for supplier/franchise meets
Ensure that the pantry is kept clean at all point in time
Distribute the couriers to the respective employees
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness on the office floor. Work with facilities team to maintain.
Check meeting rooms and ensure neat arrangement and availability of markers/cables/tissue
Prepare meeting rooms for Business meetings
Ensure that tasks like cleaning / Filling of water bottles/ switching off tube lights etc. are done timely and regularly
Assist Buying and Design teams in preparing for trade by moving rails and samples
Assist HR and Admin team by providing support in office movements
Transport documents/cards/files between various concepts in the building
Prepare new joinee desks and arrange stationeries as per instructions by HR
Support Admin and HR team in preparing the office for engagement events
Monitor cartridge and printer levels in printers and refill as per need.
Support HR and Admin team in any Adhoc tasks
