Job Summary: Looking for an Office Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Maintain proper records of company activities, sales, reports etc
Respond to calls, obtain messages and attend to correspondence
Keep up diaries and arrange appointments with clients
Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Distribute correspondence accordingly
Maintain confidential documents in a secure state

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree Business Administration, Management or any related discipline
At least 1-2 years of experience in same or similar position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Ms Office suite required
Ability to pay attention to details
Good typing skills
